COVADIS (Coronary Vasomotor Disorders International Study Group) was established by an international group of cardiologists in order to develop global standards in the diagnosis of cardiac conditions. The conditions involve the spasm of the large vessels, or the coronary microvessels within the heart. These cardiac conditions are called coronary vasomotor disorders and they are dissimilar in nature.
